Heads Up: We Just Updated Our Loyalty Program

How's it goin' Epic Fam? We're excited to announce something we've been working on for quite some time now, and that's our latest update to our loyalty program.

If you've been a part of the Epic Fam for a while now, you've seen our program and rewards when you sign in at our kiosks. While we've always had a lot of members cashing in on deals, we've also seen many of our patients hoarding their points. Why? Because the rewards we've been offering are frankly not all that glamorous. With that in mind, we set out to update it to ring in the new year strong.

Out with the old, in with the new

While we've refreshed our rewards and prizes, we haven't changed how our program works. You'll still earn a point for every dollar you spend at our stores, and you'll be able to collect and redeem them in the exact same way. The only major difference involves our rewards. We wanted to offer more exciting cannabis and apparel prizes than we've currently been offering.

Here's our old list of rewards:

• 100 points - Get a joint for $1 or get sunglasses and a lighter FREE

• 250 points - Get 2 joints for $1 or get 15% off Edibles and a Free T-Shirt

• 4500 points - Free sticker or apparel + $100 credit for use towards glass, vaporizers, and other smoke tech essentials

• 5000 points - Free pre-roll, free gram of wax, free vape cart and battery, free 1/8th of flower, + free sticker, apparel, and $50 credit for use towards glass, vaporizers, and other smoke tech essentials

How Epic Fam Rewards Works

For every dollar you spend at any of our stores, you'll earn one point to use towards our amazing cannabis, accessory, and apparel rewards. You'll get 10 bonus points for signing up and a freebie on your birthday. If you sign up for our loyalty program as a first-time patient on your first visit, we'll give you an additional 10 points.

Your points may be redeemed for any of the wonderful prizes we've listed in the section above. As a member of our rewards program, you will also have the option to opt-in to receive our text messages to stay in the loop on all things Epic Remedy, including flash sales and deals that we only extend to our Epic Fam. Don't worry about spam either, we usually only send text messages once every few weeks.

How to Join Our Loyalty Program

The easiest way to sign-up for Epic Fam rewards is to do so at any of our three Colorado Springs medical dispensaries. Your budtender will guide you through the sign-up process. Please make sure you include your full name and your VALID phone number. Your phone number will be similar to your username at check-in, so it's imperative you use your real phone number and not a fake one. Don't worry - we won't ever use your phone number to contact you unless you check the box that says it's okay for us to do so. Please remember to also give us your birthday so we can send you an exclusive birthday deal and bonus points. Remember,

• 10 bonus points at signup

• First-time patients get an additional 10 bonus points

• You'll get 10 bonus points on your birthday

• You can get 10 additional bonus points when you refer a friend (you'll both get bonus points in addition to a penny pre-roll and a t-shirt!)

You will use your phone number at check-in through the kiosk to receive your rewards points for each transaction at our store, but we can get you all set up remotely.
