Do I have to be a member to shop at The ER?
No, you must have a valid Colorado issued Medical Marijuana card and government issued photo Identification.
Is the ER a recreational shop?
No, all dispensaries in Colorado Springs provide only medical marijuana to patients with marijuana registration cards. The closest recreational shops are located in Manitou Springs to the west, Denver to the north or Pueblo to the south.
Where can I obtain a medical marijuana registration card?
A physician must recommend medical marijuana as a treatment. There are physicians located throughout the state providing these services. Contact The Epic Remedy for recommendations in our area. For more information please visit www.colorado.gov/cdphe/medicalmarijuana .
Can I shop with the temporary paperwork provided by my physician?
Yes, please provide the following documentation which was issued by your doctor: Registration application, physician’s recommendation, certified mail receipt, and government issued photo ID.

Does my temporary paperwork have any restrictions?
Temporary documents permit a patient to shop Monday through Friday 8 am – 5 pm, with the exception of holidays for up to 35 days after the date on your certified mail receipt.
Do I have to bring my Medical Marijuana Card AND government issued ID each time I shop?
Yes, we must verify your Medical Marijuana Card AND government issued ID each time you visit The Epic Remedy.
Can I laminate my Medical Marijuana card?
No, any alteration including lamination, will void the card.
Can the ER help with a lost, stolen or replacement card?
Yes, we have the proper paperwork and a notary onsite to assist you with this process. Please ask to speak with a manager.
May I purchase marijuana on behalf of another person?
No, unless you are permitted to do so by the medical marijuana division. This is to provide for patients who may not be able to travel. www.colorado.gov/cdphe/medicalmarijuana Notification of such intentions without authorized documentation will result in the suspension of shopping privileges. Dispensaries may only sell directly to the patient prescribed such treatment by their doctor or to their designated care giver.

What are your hours of operation?
The Epic Remedy is open Sunday through Saturday from 8 am until 8:55 pm. All transactions are locked after 9:00 pm. We are open on Thanksgiving from 8 am until noon. We are closed on Christmas Day. These hours and holiday schedule are subject to change without notification.
Is tax included in the price of the product?
Yes, we include tax in all of our pricing.
How much Medical Marijuana may I purchase per day?
Most patients may purchase up to 2 ounces (56 grams) per day. You may apply these quantities on any combination of flower, concentrates, topical products or any other product(s) containing marijuana.
Do you accept credit or debit cards?
We accept cash and provide an ATM onsite for your convenience.
Where do I store my Medical Marijuana after purchase? *
Upon leaving The Epic Remedy, it’s best to keep your marijuana in the bag with your receipt until you reach your destination. When at home observe the same principals used for any prescribed medications. Keep out of reach of children.
